Colleen Cronin

Founder & Coach

Hi there! I'm Colleen, an Integrative Health Coach with a deeply rooted passion for helping others discover and live out their full potential. 

With nearly a decade of experience as a critical care nurse, 4.5 years of active-duty service in the U.S. Navy, and a Master's in Human Performance, I have a strong understanding of the difference between surviving and thriving. I've been there for people in some of their hardest moments, and alongside high performers pushing toward new levels of growth and well-being. 

As your coach, my goal is to help you realize your untapped potential and take meaningful steps to living your most thriving, joyful, and fulfilled life. My approach to coaching is built on the belief that you are the expert of your life. I’m your “guide on the side,” here to help you uncover your ideal vision and create strategies that bring it to life- ones that align with your values, feel authentic to you, and empower you to feel in control of your health and well-being. 

I am so looking forward to and unbelievably grateful for the opportunity to walk beside you as you pursue your most authentic and vibrant self.

Foundations of Health & Well-Being

COGNITIVE

Your ability to think, analyze, learn, make decisions, develop new skills & abilities, and have situational awareness.

PHYSICAL

Your ability to move your body and perform at your best. This includes all types of movement and your physiologic health.

EMOTIONAL

How well are you able to observe, know, and feel your emotions? Think mindfulness, the ability to be present, regulate, and tolerate stress.

SPIRITUAL

Connection to something greater than yourself. A sense of purpose and meaning, your values, and identity.

NUTRITIONAL

How do you fuel your body? Do you have stable energy throughout the day? How well do you tolerate and recover from training or stress?

SOCIAL

Positive social connections and relationships. Your systems of support and accountability. A sense of belonging.

ENVIRONMENTAL

Your surroundings and systems. Your home, work, and social environments. What do the environments you engage in regularly look and feel like?

RESTORATIVE

Your ability to rest, recharge, and replenish your energy. Sleep patterns. Do you feel energized or burnt-out? Overloaded, underloaded or just right?
